OUR PASTOR
John Blackman
Our pastor loves reading and downhill skiing but considers those best kept separate. He comes to Renaissance after nearly 15 years of full time ministry to High School students in Northern and South-western Ontario. He and his wife Janine are raising three teenaged daughters. They love living in Brooklin and have made it their home.
Each Sunday, John tries to faithfully apply God’s word to our lives in an interesting, challenging and occasionally humorous way. During the week he can be found all around Brooklin and is always ready to grab a coffee.
